We have gone solar!
Princeton Properties continues to take positive steps by utilizing renewable energy sources in solar power systems. We are proud to have several Massachusetts-based properties using solar roof panels. Construction was completed in 2009 at Princeton Crossing in Salem, Massachusetts, on a 350 kilowatt solar PV installation. This constituted one of the largest PV installations in the state.
After our positive experience with the first install, we decided to do more! Solar panels were then installed at Princeton Commons in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and Princeton at Boston Road in Billerica, Massachusetts. The projects were completed at the end of 2010. We then moved on to Princeton Park and 670 Princeton Blvd. in Lowell, Massachusetts, Princeton Reserve in Dracut, Massachusetts. Both projects were completed in 2011. Our most recent installation in 2014 was at Katahdin Woods in Lexington, Massachusetts, bringing our solar power system total to seven locations as of winter 2014. At Princeton Properties Management Inc., we believe that renewable energy in all forms is good for Princeton's future as well as the future of the earth.
