Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cabinet installation and strong apt. related maintenance skills are required. A min. of 2 years experience preferred. Leasing Consultant - N. Chelmsford/Billerica
We are hiring for two full-time Leasing Consultants for our new portfolio of apartment homes located in N. Chelmsford and Billerica. The successful candidate(s) may be required to travel between sites as needed. Responsibilities include marketing and showing apartments to prospective residents with a strong emphasis on both telephone and in-person customer service. Exceptional people skills, professional appearance, enthusiasm and solid administrative skills required. Prior sales experience helpful. Regular schedule does include some weekends.
