Dear Terry:
I wanted to write to you and express Dracut's appreciation for Princeton's diligence and perserverance in securing the regulatory Agreement for the affordable units at Princeton Reserve.
It was a difficult and lengthy process and I want to thank you for Princeton's dedication to this process. We are both committed to providing affordable housing and Dracut found a cooperative partner in Princeton.
This is an excellent example of a public/private partnership that reflects positively on Princeton Properties.
Very truly yours,

Dear Mr Flahive:
On behalf of the staff of the Lowell Housing Authority, I would like to commend Princeton Properties, Inc., for the outstanding service and, most especially, the high quality of housing units provided to the residents subsidized through our Leasing and Occupancy Department. You are truly a premier rental organization that attends to the individual needs of its residents while overseeing one of the finest rental properties in Lowell. Your reputation for property maintenance and upkeep is unmatched.
The precise completion of Section 8 and MRVP lease documents and the provision of other required information to the Authority is consistently prompt. It is a pleasure for the Lowell Housing Authority to work with an owner/property manager like Princeton Properties, Inc., in an effort to provide housing to deserving families and individuals.
The staff at Princeton Properties, Inc., is highly professional, motivated and expert in all aspects of residential property management. If more of our assisted-housing owners/managers were as conscientious as the individuals at Princeton Properties, Inc., our job here at Lowell Housing Authority would be made much easier.
I would like to thank you for the exemplary management services that your agency provides to our assisted-housing residents especially at Merrimack Plaza.
Sincerely,
James L. Milinazzo

To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to provide you with a glimpse of the positive relationship the City of Nashua and the State of New Hampshire has with Princeton Properties. Princeton Properties and the State of New Hampshire, via the New Hampshire Housing Authority and Governor Stephen Merill and the New Hampshire Executive Council, have worked very cooperatively and successfully on the rehabilitation of a large-scale housing complex in Nashua. This complex, formerly known as Mountain View Estates and Chateau Richileau, is now known as Pheasant Run Apartments. Princeton Properties acquired Pheasant Run from the General Electric Corporation in 1994. At that time the entire 341 unit complex was physically rundown and very poorly maintained. In a short period of time, Princeton worked diligently to rehabilitate this housing complex both physically and administratively. In addition, the management of Princeton Properties was determined to use local constuction companies whenever possible. From the vantage point of state government and the economic well being of New Hampshire, this fact alone is extremely commendable.
As a result of Princeton's first-class management team, headed by Terry Flahive, this residential complex and section of the Nashua community has seen dramatic improvement. Princeton Properties is a pillar of the home building/family housing rehabilitation industry here in the Granite State. Their reputation, integrity and quality of work is outstanding. We are indeed fortunate to have this firm as an integral part of our economic revival. I highly recommend Princeton's ability to accomplish similar projects in other areas.
Should you wish to discuss the State of New Hampshire's relationship with Princeton Properties in greater detail, please do not hesitate to contact me at (603) 577-2330 (my office in Nashua) or at my home in Nashua (603) 889-1564.
Sincerely yours,
Bernard A. Streeter Jr.
Executive Councilor - State of New Hampshire
