Dear Ms. Greenough,

I would like to point out my appreciation to the staff of Princeton Green.  It is hard to get one's money's worth these days, but the staff at Princeton Green goes above and beyond, responding to issues in a caring and professional manner.  Having relocated to the area just one month ago, I can honestly say, Jennifer and the staff has made the difficult transition better.  It is a great comfort to know that someone is at the other end of the phone who pays attention and responds immediately.

Princeton Green Management is fortunate to have such a great team working to make this property (740, 750, 760 Farm Road) the best it can be.

I would especially like to say that Jennifer is a big part of my final choice to move to this property.  From day one, thoughout my move in and continuing on, Jennifer has been right there at every turn.  She is an excellent young lady who represents your company in an excellent and professional yet caring manner.

Thank you for your attention and congratulations on your wonderful staff here at your Farm Road property.

Sincerely,

Andrea Martino
750 Farm Road

Pretty basic quality as far as apartments go, but clean. Carpets are new and units well kept up. Appliances are standard but newer. The floor plan is pleasant.

The staff rocks. The office staff is always pleasant, helpful, and professional (especially Ms. H). They have gone out of their way to make me comfortable in a new environment (I moved cross country). They took the nightmare out of finding where to shop, where to get my hair done, etc etc etc... The maintainence staff is friendly and helpful...and timely!

The pool is clean and staffed. Tenants make regular use of the tennis courts. Parents supervise their children - on the playground and elsewhere. The gym is adequate. Parking is plentiful. Online payment options/maintainence requests, etc make it easy for those of us who are busy. The location is amazing. it's five minutes to everywhere. Shrewsbury street just a hop. Easy access to Rt 9, hospitals, downtown, DCu center...

Neighborhood is highly ecclectic and diverse - mostly professionals/med students. Neighbors highly respectful of each other.

Dear Terry,

I wanted to write to you and express Dracut's appreciation for Princeton's diligence and perserverance in securing the regulatory Agreement for the affordable units at Princeton Reserve. It was a difficult and lengthy process and I want to thank you for Princeton's dedication to this process. We are both committed to providing affordable housing and Dracut found a cooperative partner in Princeton. This is an excellent example of a public/private partnership that reflects positively on Princeton Properties.

Dear Debra,

When it comes to thinking about where to send my clients looking for furnished and unfurnished apartments, the first community that comes to mind in Pheasant Run. Over the last twelve months I have seen a lot of communities in the Nashua, N.H. area, and none have impressed me more than Pheasant Run. The improvements you have made to your facilities are fantastic, and your staff is great to work with. I am looking forward to continuing our business relationship well into the future.

Dear Mr Flahive:

On behalf of the staff of the Lowell Housing Authority, I would like to commend Princeton Properties, Inc., for the outstanding service and, most especially, the high quality of housing units provided to the residents subsidized through our Leasing and Occupancy Department. You are truly a premier rental organization that attends to the individual needs of its residents while overseeing one of the finest rental properties in Lowell. Your reputation for property maintenance and upkeep is unmatched.

The precise completion of Section 8 and MRVP lease documents and the provision of other required information to the Authority is consistently prompt. It is a pleasure for the Lowell Housing Authority to work with an owner/property manager like Princeton Properties, Inc., in an effort to provide housing to deserving families and individuals.

The staff at Princeton Properties, Inc., is highly professional, motivated and expert in all aspects of residential property management. If more of our assisted-housing owners/managers were as conscientious as the individuals at Princeton Properties, Inc., our job here at Lowell Housing Authority would be made much easier.

I would like to thank you for the exemplary management services that your agency provides to our assisted-housing residents especially at Merrimack Plaza.
