"One of the best places I have lived. amazing views and awesome staff make this an excellent place to live. i lived there for two years and had only minor problems which were quickly resolved. I have lived in a few princeton properties places and you cannot compare any to this. pricey but worth it. everything is totally top notch."

Overall Very Nice, But A Little Pricey For The Area
From: -Anonymous-

"While the units are a little expensive for Lowell, they are very nice. My unit had granite counters, stainless appliances, front loading washer/dryer, tile bathroom and kitchen, hardwood living room, a decent sized balcony, and a gas fireplace. When I moved in around 2008, I believe I was the first person to live in that apartment and everything looked nice.
There is optional garage parking (for an extra 20-30 per month) with assigned spots, otherwise the outdoor spaces are unassigned. I had a garage spot, but as far as I could tell there wasn't ever much trouble finding a spot outside. One downside of the garage is that, while covered, the sides are mostly open (except for a few!) so you might get some snow/rain on your car, but far less than if you parked outside. It is nice to get covered entry to the building though and it does keep you from having to move your car when it snows. Speaking of snow removal, it seemed like that's what they used all of the extra money from higher rents for. Every time it snowed, there were multiple plows on duty, despite the relatively small lot, for the duration of the storm plus guys shoveling/snow blowing the side walks.
There is also an optional storage room on the top floor for around 20 per month and it was a decent size. The building has two elevators. Access to external doors was via keys (no card access, unless they have updated). There was a camera at the front door and you can see it on one of the cable channels, which was kind of cool. The intercom calls your phone, so if you use your cell phone you can buzz a delivery in from work.
The buildings were originally intended to be condos (and I think some in 527 actually are?), so the leasing office is just one of the units. The people working there were generally very nice, but at times it was difficult to catch them. The hours were something like 10-6 and I worked 9-5, so I had to rush home and hope they didn't leave early. There was usually only one person working at a time, so if they were out of the office you might have to wait around. That said, the place is pretty new so I honestly had very little need to interact with them (no maintenance, etc).
Noise was pretty good, the floors are concrete (under the carpet/wood/tile, of course) so I heard almost nothing from above or below me. I did share a wall with one unit, and if they played loud music I could hear it a bit, but it wasn't too bad generally. The blower for the central/heat AC was in a separate closet in the second bedroom. I only used that room for storage so that was no big deal (and made the rest of the place really quiet!), but it might be annoying if someone actually was sleeping in there.
At the time, they seemed pretty desperate to get tenants, so new tenants got two months free (on a 14 month lease) and I was able to negotiate them down a bit on rent (but not a lot). A year later when it came time to renew, they still offered one free month on a one year lease. When it came time for move out, things went pretty well. I've had a few companies/landlords that look for every pin hole in the drywall, freshly cleaned appliances, and vacuumed floors. Here, they just did a quick walk through to make sure there wasn't any obvious/huge damage.
Location wise, it is literally next to a Dunkin Donuts, which was pretty nice, and across the street from a walking park along the river. If you don't mind walking along mildly sketchy bridges (Rourke), you can walk to Marketbasket in about 10 mins. Drum Hill is just around the corner and a bunch of stores/mall in Nashua are about a 10-15 minute drive. The morning commute in the area was pretty good, but coming from 495/3 in the evening, the bridges are real choke points. It wasn't awful or as bad as the city, but it was a bit annoying and added 5-10 minutes of stop and crawl to an otherwise easy drive. Things might be better now, but if that kind of thing bothers you, try a dry run of your evening commute!
Overall, I was pretty happy. The build quality of the unit was above average so I didn't really have any problems and thus didn't really have to deal with the leasing company."
