Not Great But Not Bad Either

"I have been living here for almost 4 years now. I have been here through a lot of the bad. There are improvements happening and you can definitely see it. The new managment is doing great things. However, the roach issue is still an issue. Not as bad as a couple of years ago but they are still there. Unfortunately, the roaches in my apartment greeted us when we first moved in. I am not a messy person and clean 3 to 4 times a week; with a deep clean at least once a week. I see what the new management is trying to do here but my family and I will not be around to see what comes of it all. The management staff is extremely great. Customer service goes a long way. The Community manger Heather is awesome. Most of my maintenance needs are usually handled within a day or two. But, We have had enough of it and it is time to go. Good luck to the next tenants who move in. This is a great place to live if you have patience. I waited almost 5 years for the things they are only now starting to do. It's time to purchase my own home. By the way my husband wrote the rating titled disappointed a few years ago."
