"I used to live in apartment building 1. never had an issue about anything .. the people working in highland valley are professional. neighbors are great.. maintenance very fast to fix anything. thank u for taking care of us in 1 year.. i will tell everyone to live here at highland valley. its been a pleasure year and i will miss my ex-apartment 'cause its gonna be part of my life. for me, my wife and my son. thanks."

Worse Apartment Manager Ever

"This apartment has the worse manager ever, don't make him mad or ask a question, he will put you out. The maintenance guys are the best. They know everyone by name. The clean up ladies are rude, and the apartments have a million spiders. Watch out for these apartments they look good but they aren't what they are cracked up to be. Don't let them get you. "

"So I've been living here since last summer. I've never done a review on any place that I've lived, but I googled my apartments and I saw this website and I wanted to know what my neighbors if any had written anything. Just curious about it.

So here goes. I live in a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. When I applied they gave me several options, which I loved because I want to be able to take what I want, not because I'm looking for a deal, T'm not gonna just stick to whatever they have. So anyway, I got pretty much what I wanted. I have a newer version of an apartment if that makes any sense. They have some that haven't been updated, but mine is pretty hot. I have a really nice kitchen, high ceilings and lots of storage space all over the apartment.

As far as what kind of people live here, PEOPLE... It's ignorant to say negative stuff about what kind of people live here. All kinds of people live here, and that's why I moved here. Great prices, friendly people, and most of all cool neighbors.

Oh Parking is a plus, I live in a section where I could have 5 cars and it wouldnt matter. If only I could afford five cars with these stupid gas prices, anyway. the employees make sure that its clean too, I wouldn't want to live in a place where there is trash all over the place.

I got a really great incentive for renewing my lease, which makes me want to renew even more. The employees there are pretty cool too. I called for a maintenance problem about my dishwasher and it was fixed the next day.
So overall, I feel very good about this property and I would post more reviews is you want.
