"My apartment was comfortable and more than met my needs. I appreciated that both the grounds and apartments were well maintained. The staff was very pleasant and professional. My experience was positive. I would have enjoyed it more had my dog been allowed to visit, Also, I might have stayed longer were it not for rent increase and lengthy lease extension."

Princeton Pines

"I am currently living in princeton pines...and am not happy. My son and I are living on the first floor, which is a BASEMENT! I had no idea we would be living in a basement because I was shown an above ground level apartment, so if you are going to rent make sure they show you the apartment you would be renting. The pictures one the website lie! Only the nicest, most up to date apartments are shown. It is VERY VERY loud, I can hear ever foot step my upstairs neighbors take, I can even hear them snoring! It is not because they are loud people, it is because walls and ceiling are paper thin...it also sounds like at anytime they could come crashing down though the ceiling into my apartment. Living her has caused me serious sleep problems, I am woken up at least three time a night/morning because like I say I can hear every single foot step. If you have any sleep problems do not move here, or at least make sure you are on the third floor if you have to move here. The kitchen desperately needs to be updated, the cabinets are old and squeaky and none of them shut they way they are supposed to. It also looks like someone punched one of the cabinets because there is fist indent... I would not recommend leasing a Princeton Pines apartment. I can say that all my neighbors and most the of staff is super nice. There is plenty of free parking and the landscaping is nice. I really really hope this review helps people to make the right decision about what to rent...wish I had read a review like this before I signed my lease."

Safe Quiet Place To Live

"This was a good choice for us. We have kids so we didn't want to live downtown. It is in a quiet area but it is very convenient to the peninsula and the bay. Nice fitness center and pool. Good neighbors that kept to themselves. W/D was on our floor. Good parking. Grounds are nice. We had to get out of our lease early and the management was very helpful and professional about helping us find someone to take over our lease.
We highly recommend Princeton Pines."
