Maintenance Technician

Princeton Properties, a premier New England based Property Management Firm is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our multi-family communities located in the Metro-West area.

Responsibilities will include assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the upkeep of the property and grounds, completing daily work orders, apartment make-readies, and preventative maintenance. Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair and apartment-home maintenance experience required. Rotating on-call scheduling nights and weekends is mandatory.

Experience in multi-family maintenance is preferred. Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Must live within a 30 minute commute from work location(s)in (Marlboro or Worcester for emergency on-call response requirements.

Norcros/Atlanta, Georgia


Property Manager

Princeton Properties, a premier New England based Property Management Firm is currently seeking a full-time Property Manager for our apartment community in Norcross/Atlanta, Georgia

As a Property Manager with our firm, you will have responsibility for the daily operation of the apartment community. We are looking for an exceptional individual to apply their apartment expertise, sales & management experience, and customer service skills to maximize the performance of the property.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Providing superior customer service & communications to residents & prospects in order to maximize customer satisfaction & increase renewals, revenue & profitability.
  • People Development: Develop, lead & manage your team, including leasing & maintenance personnel in order to build commitment to customer service, maximize their engagement & minimize turnover.
  • Operations (including financial & sales management): Ensuring the smooth operations in a busy environment. Develop strategies & make decisions through marketing & other efforts to increase profitability.
  • Lead by example: Instilling, maintaining & modeling the standard of being the best in the industry.
 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in the multi-family housing industry
  • Financial management skills e.g. ability to analyze financial statements, develop operating budgets, forecasting & capital expenditure planning
  • Outstanding people / customer service skills
  • Superior communications skills (listening, writing, speaking)
  • Ability to train, develop, lead & inspire your team
  • Demonstrate leadership & strategic thinking skills
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of revenue management, marketing strategies, Fair Housing Law, government regulations & safety standards
  • High degree of flexibility & high tolerance for change
  • Computer proficiency
  • A competitive spirit
  • Bilingual preferred (speak/read/write Spanish) but not mandatory
  • Experience with property accounting software; experience with AMSI is preferred
  • Must be able to work any of the 7 days of the week as necessary to get the job done
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
