Our Mission

Since 1973, Princeton Properties Management, Inc. has been a leader in multifamily apartment management, leasing, repositioning, and development. With a diverse property portfolio and capable team members, Princeton is an engine for success. Working together, we prioritize maximizing the value of our properties while providing apartment homes that people are happy to call home.

We invest for long-term ownership. We protect our investments by carefully maintaining our apartment communities and trying to find residents who will do the same. Our employees understand that to retain our residents, we must attend to their problems quickly and with a smile. Princeton’s leadership in providing furnished corporate apartments differentiates the company and helps us attract quality residents while enhancing our net operating income.

Princeton Properties hires employees who share our values. Our success is determined by how well they perform their jobs. We recognize that in order to provide a high level of customer satisfaction, our employees must have a high level of job satisfaction. We treat our employees with respect, consideration, fairness and trust. Like our property management philosophy, this approach yields long-term dividends.

Our Pledge

Your satisfaction is important to us. That’s why Princeton Properties provides new residents of any of its apartment communities with a money-back* guarantee.

We promise to provide you with dependable management, responsive service and well-maintained properties. If you are not completely satisfied with your accommodations, just let us know.

If you are leasing an unfurnished apartment, let the management office know, in writing, of the issue causing dissatisfaction within five (5) days of your residency.  We will make every effort to rectify the situation within 7 days, including offering another comparable apartment home.  If a resolution cannot be reached, we will terminate the lease and refund your security deposit(s) and any unused portion of rent collected at lease signing. Resident(s) must move out within 30 days of the original move-in date, and leave the apartment home free of damage.

If you are leasing a corporate furnished suite, let the management office know, in writing, of the issue causing dissatisfaction within three (3) days of your residency.  We will make every effort to rectify the situation, including relocation to comparable accommodations in a Princeton community.  If we are unable to accommodate your needs, we will terminate the lease and refund the unused portion of rent collected at lease signing.

We take this satisfaction guarantee seriously. In fact, we pledge to uphold it.
