Jayne Ricardo, Chief Human Resource Officer, joined Princeton Properties Mgmt. Inc. in 1997. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources and corporate administration, as well as providing strategic business partner services to the CEO and the leadership team. Jayne brings over 30 years of progressive human resource management experience to her position. Her broad experience includes employee benefit implementation and design, payroll administration, policy development, employee relations, recruitment and compliance.
Prior to joining Princeton Properties Jayne held Human Resource Management positions with Digital Equipment Corporation and International Paper.
