Worst Year Ever (Was Stuck In A Lease)!
From: sweet_deedles

"I honestly would not even give it one star! Unfortunately, we were stuck in a year lease, otherwise we would have left the second month! We pay $1100 a month for a 2 bedroom with heat and hot water included. What we were not told was the ENTIRE building shares the hot water. So during "peak hours" (according to the leasing offce), we did not get hot water. So how come when I try to shower at 1am I still don't get hot water? That was the first issue.
Second issue, the smells coming from the halls are atrocious! When people cook their foods, that is all you can smell. We had the unfortunate luck of living across from people who smoked "recreationally" and that was the smells we were trying to get out of our carpets everyday! So much for the status of "luxury apartments" they're trying to throw out to people.
Third issue, the leasing office is very quick to cash our rent checks, but very slow to respond to any issues we ever had. The security doors were always broken, locking residents in (fire hazard!) but maintenance would take days to fix this issue. We had a squirrel in our apartment the first week and the leasing office took days to answer the issue. I had to call the pest control office myself! The issue list goes on and on!
Thank God our year is finally up and we can get the hell out of this place!"
I am sorry to hear you have not had a positive experience living with us. Pleas contact me at princetonparkmgr@gmail.com to discuss your issues. Regards, Mary Jo Princeton Properties Manager

"I enjoyed my time in Princeton Properties. I lived there for several years and if my job had not moved out of the area, I would live there still. The staff was at all times helpful, and my few maintenance issues were always solved quickly and without problems.
In short I would recomend this complex to anyone. "
Thank you very much for your positive feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with Princeton Properties.

Love My Home...

"I'm writing to let everyone know about my lovely experience with Princeton Properties. I recently moved here from my 3 bedroom house which I resided in for 25 years. I am now retired and wanted a place to live that was close to town but also where I felt like it could be a home. Since the day I moved in, the staff at Princeton has made me feel welcome. I would highly recommend Princeton to any of my friends or relatives that are looking for a nice place to live. I certainly enjoy it here."
